This policy explains what information UltraLooksMaxxing ("we," "us") collects when you use our website and face-scoring service (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information — email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile email as provided by Google.
Photos you upload — images you submit for facial analysis, and the resulting scores and measurements our system generates from them.
Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Usage data — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working.

Facial and biometric data

Photos you upload are analyzed to produce facial measurements and a score. Depending on where you live, this kind of data may be treated as sensitive or biometric information under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), or similar state and national laws. We process this data only to provide the scoring feature you requested, and:

we do not sell facial data or scores to third parties;
we do not use your photos to train models for other users;
you can request deletion of your uploaded photos and derived data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How we use your information

To create and maintain your account
To run the facial analysis you request and show you your results
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send account-related emails (confirmations, password resets, billing receipts)
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf:

Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication (your account credentials and uploaded data).
Stripe — processes payments and manages subscription billing.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your uploaded photos and derived facial data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or billing purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@ultralooksmaxxing.com.

Age requirement

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
